My name is Misha and I am the Lead STEM Educator at the nonprofit Mount Washington Observatory. We have two upcoming camp programs that you are invited to share with your student body! See attached for two flyers that can be posted and shared.
Spring Scouts: Tuesday, April 28 to Friday, May 1
This school break camp is structured around a scavenger hunt that emphasizes hands-on activities and exploration, both indoors and outdoors. Students are invited to join us for a day in North Conway or up the Cog Railway!
Storm Scouts: Extreme Weather Camp: Monday, August 3 to Friday, August 21
This summer camp runs in three Monday-Friday sessions and brings campers on place-based learning adventures to the summit of Mount Washington on three days within their session. On the remaining two days, campers prepare for their mountain adventures and experience some of the MWOBS educators' favorite programs and activities, now reformatted to support a camp day. The final day of camp is a Cog field trip to the summit.
