Dear Franklin Families, I have been notified of 2 students at the elementary school and 2 students at the high school testing positive today for Covid 19. 1 case at the elementary school and 1 case at the high school were expected and the students have been out of school for over a week. Close contact notifications are being made and those close contacts will be asked to mask up when 6ft. distancing cannot be maintained for the next 14 days. Good Morning FMS Families We will be administering out Fall Interim Statewide Testing (to collect information to prepare for the Spring Test) for the next couple of weeks. Please be sure to have your child(ren) charge Chromebooks at home each night and over the weekend. It would also help if they had their charger with them at all times. There's a convenient pouch in the bag we supply. Lastly, earphones (earbuds are $1 at the Dollar Store) are needed, so please be sure to send them in also. We appreciate all your help with this! D

Good Morning Franklin Families, I have been notified of 6 positive cases over the weekend and yesterday. 3 students at the middle school, 2 students at the elementary school and 1 staff member at the elementary school have tested positive for Covid-19. The 3 classrooms impacted at the elementary school will implement 6ft. masking for the next 14 days. The entire middle school will continue with 6ft. masking through November 12th.
